SAFEGUARDING THE FUTURE
Our Annual Conference comes at a time of significant change, with the DfE review of LSCBs and wider developments in the Children and Social Work Bill. A facilitated strategic workshop will enable Independent Chairs and Business Managers to explore the key issues and challenges for local multi-agency safeguarding arrangements and to consider our roles as system leaders within a system in transition. We will be hearing the views of key stakeholders from local government, police and the NHS, from the Inspectorates and from the DfE. As usual there will be a range of workshops looking at key safeguarding themes and aspects of effectiveness in LSCBs.
Accommodation in the main hotel is limited and allocated on a first come first served basis. Don’t miss the major conference of the year for Independent Chairs and Board Managers. Reserve your place today.
Registration to the AILC Annual Conference is only
open to Independent LSCB Chairs and LSCB Board/Business Managers. Please note, this year, BOTH DAYS are open to Chairs and Business Managers. Please also note, if a
